To purchase bronze incident support you must provide written or faxed authorisation for us to provide support. In the case of on-site visits, this may be done by signing form supplied by engineer on site. Minimum of 3 calls per year.
Charging structure:
On site support £50 per hour - no minimum time.
Call out charges:
Within a 5 mile radius of our offices - No call out charge.
Over 5 miles - £25 call out.
Over 10 miles - £50 call out.
