To obtain silver support you pre-purchase blocks of support hours.
0 - 5 PC setup (excluding server)
Minimum of 1 block per 3 month period.
5 PC+ setup (can include server)
Minimum of 1 block per month.
Each block consists of 5 support hours. Minimum contract period is 12 months.
Charging structure:
1 Support Block = £325
On site support:
No travel charge
Hours on site deducted from support hours
Minimum visit time logged - 1 hour
Telephone support
Call time educted from support hours
Minimum call duration logged - 10 mins
Late and weekend working by arrangement
Axos-Assist reserve the right to change rates with 3 months notice
