| Via a password protected login delegates were guided through the registration and booking procedures in a series of easy steps. They could choose a hotel, check details of hotels as well as view interactive maps of the hotel location and finally pay for the booking via a secure merchant service. Details of the booking were then passed to the Venues Etc administration department. |
